Pompano Beach parking starts with the city zone map
Pompano Beach beach and pier parking uses city zones, a public garage, posted restrictions, and current rates, so the reliable plan starts with the city parking map.
The useful distinction is the zone. The pier garage, beach lot, Hillsboro Inlet, Oceanside, Harbor Village, and nearby streets do not all use the same rate or restriction.
The city parking pages carry the current zone map, garage instructions, payment methods, and beach-parking rules. Read the sign beside the space too. A remembered rate or an app screen from a different zone is not enough.
Residents have a separate discount process. The city currently asks for proof of Pompano Beach residency and annual renewal, so living nearby does not automatically change the parking rate in the payment app.
For a beach or pier day, check the city map before turning onto the beachfront blocks. Note the zone, posted time limits, and where the car is parked. Then use the current city page if a rate, overnight rule, holiday condition, or garage procedure matters.
That small check is usually easier than circling the beach, guessing at a meter, or sorting out the wrong zone after the visit.
