Kissimmee city services start with the city-limits lookup
A mailing address can say Kissimmee while the permit office or local service belongs to unincorporated Osceola County. Check the boundary before choosing the counter.
That boundary check can save a trip to the wrong counter.
Some local addresses use Kissimmee on the mailing line but sit outside city limits. They may be in unincorporated Osceola County. City building inspectors handle permitted work inside the city. County permit staff handle unincorporated addresses.
The same first check helps with ordinary services. Kissimmee publishes a city schedule for garbage, recycling, yard waste, and large items. A nearby county address can have a different service path even when the envelope uses the same place name.
Before calling about a roof, fence, trash cart, or missed pickup, type the exact address into the city-limits lookup. Write down the result. Then open the city or county page that fits it.
The lookup is a routing tool, not a full property report. It does not settle the utility provider, school, tax district, voting precinct, or every other boundary tied to the address.
