St. Cloud permit history has a lookup and a research request
St. Cloud's public portal is the quick permit check. A formal city research request is available when the address or permit file needs a deeper look.
Start with the city portal before ordering a longer search.
St. Cloud links a public permit portal for review and inspection status. Its current form says the public can check property and permit status online at no charge. If a detail is missing, the city also offers a formal research request.
That request needs the property ID, also called a parcel or folio number. One parcel can have more than one address. If it does, list every address that belongs with the request. The form asks for a search of open permits. It does not replace an Osceola County title or lien search.
First confirm that the property is inside the city’s permit area. Search the address and known permit numbers. If the online file leaves a gap, use the city form and save the dated reply.
No result by itself proves that every project had a permit, passed inspection, or fits an insurer’s rules.
